Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Cook sausage: Cook the ground breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook hash browns: In the same skillet, cook the frozen hashbrown potatoes until lightly browned and mostly defrosted, about 8-10 minutes.
Layer casserole: Layer the hash browns in the prepared casserole dish. Add the sausage on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese and green chilis.
Make egg mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine well.
Pour egg mixture: Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
