Noodles in Italian Style

This is a version of traditional Italian meals. There are many different types of Italian pasta dishes besides lasagna and spaghetti. Italian Drunken Noodles are also very popular in Italy. A very easy recipe with pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. You can make this dish any night of the week or for any event without much effort.

 

List of items needed to make a dish.

 

Cook 12 ounces of egg noodles until they are done to your preference.

1 pound of Italian sausage meat

2 peppers, cut into small pieces.

3 teaspoons of chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Half a cup of white cooking wine

28 ounces Diced tomatoes without the liquid.

1 tablespoon of dried basil

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley to decorate.

 

How to Prepare Italian Tipsy Noodles

 

Put the meat and peppers in a big pan or deep skillet on medium-high heat. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the peppers have started to become tender.

Reduce the temperature to medium and put in the chopped garlic and Italian herbs. Cook for an additional 30 seconds.

 

Add the white cooking wine and cook until half of the liquid in the pot evaporates.

 

Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and sprinkle in the dried basil, salt, and pepper to your liking. Mix thoroughly.

 

Add the cooked noodles and keep cooking until they are warm.

 

Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley on top for decoration.
