How to Make Perfect Homemade Whipped Cream !!

 

Introduction:

Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) of the heavy whipping cream (make sure it’s cold)

2-3 teaspoons of powdered sugar (taste and put it in a way that seems fit)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract ( this step is optional)

 

 

Instructions:
Chill Equipment: The next step is to put your mixing bowl and whisk or beaters inside the freezer for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the whipped cream to be made quickly while still remaining cool.

Add Ingredients: Take the cold heavy cream and pour it into the chilled bowl. Then, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract if desired.

Whip the Cream:

An electric mixer has to be used which has a medium speed. It should be kept at this speed and the cream shall be whipped until it begins thickening.

Whip at a high speed until soft peaks, which are characterized by the cream holding its shape but the tip slightly curling, begin to form. Ensure that you do not mix too much, as this will result in overmanning the cream and turning it into butter.\

Serve Immediately:Spoil the cakes, or the pies, or the hot chocolate, or the fruits with this topping.

 

 

Hints for Success:
I always make sure that all of the components and the instruments are cold.

If the mixture was sweetened too much, then it can be neutralized by adding more dry powdered sugar.

If you whipped the cream too much, beat in more cream, one tablespoon at a time, to thin the whipped cream.
