Ingredients:
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Add half of the seasoning to this mixture.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
5. Spoon small heaps of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart. Flatten each heap slightly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the chips become crisp.
7. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes to firm up. Meanwhile, sprinkle remaining seasoning on the chips. Let the chips harden before serving!
