Move over Chick-Fil-A. These little guys have you beat! My hubby can down an entire bowl!

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup dill pickle juice
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice and chicken pieces. Cover and let them marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, paprika, pepper, and salt.
4. Take chicken out of fridge and drain pickle juice. Take each marinated chicken piece, dip it in the egg and milk mixture, then coat it evenly with the flour mixture. Tip: We like coating everything in sealed zip loc bag with the flower mixture for easy coating.
5. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
6. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove the nuggets from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
