Originally inspired by classic broccoli cheddar soup, I thought, why not make something bite-sized and perfect for sharing? These balls are ideal for gatherings, potlucks, or as a tasty snack during a busy workweek. Not only are they delicious, but they also sneak in some veggies!
These broccoli cheese balls are fabulous on their own, but if you’re looking to round out your meal, pair them with a crisp side salad or some fresh fruit. For dipping, try a tangy ranch dressing or a spicy marinara sauce for a bit of zest!

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
