Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs Recipe

Introduction
These Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs are so tender and tasty; you should try them. This recipe is so simple that all the flavors of barbecued ribs come out in it and ensures tender, juicy ribs with a rich barbeque flavor. Ingredients:
4 pounds beef short ribs

1 cup barbecue sauce (your preferred brand)

1 cup beef broth

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: 1 teaspoon liquid smoke for more smoky taste.

 

Directions:
Make the Ribs: To better penetrate seasonings, remove membranes from the back side of ribs. Dry them using paper towels.

Sauce Blend: In a bowl combine barbecue sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
