My house always smells so good when I put these in the oven. Sadly they are gone so fast, I need to sneak a few away beforehand

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture until well combined.
6. Stir in the rolled oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for them to spread.
8. Bake in batches for 9 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
