I made this recipe last weekend and it was requested again this week

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)

4 large eggs

1 container softened cream cheese

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup corn syrup

Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.

Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread in the pie crust.

Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cream cheese layer.

Whisk together brown sugar, the remaining 3 eggs, and corn syrup. Pour over the pecans.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden brown.

Let the pie cool before serving.

Top with whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
