Apple Cinnamon Cake!!!!

Apple Cinnamon Cake – A moist and spiced cake filled with chunks of apple and warm cinnamon. Perfect for dessert, coffee breaks, or holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup milk
2 apples diced
½ cup walnuts/pecans optional
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Alternate adding dry mixture and milk.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake 40–45 minutes.
Cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use tart apples for best flavor.
Add extra spices for warmth.
Can be glazed or served plain.
Freezes well for up to 2 months.
