Coconut milk 1 can (15 oz)
Heavy cream ⅔ cup
How to Make It
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add butter, condensed milk, coconut flakes, and coconut milk.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides (about 5–7 minutes).
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Cook for 1 additional minute, then remove from heat.
Spoon the pudding into small bowls or a single serving dish and let it cool completely.
