Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your preference)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (optional, garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Pre/Cooking Steps
Grease the baking dish lightly with butter or nonstick spray. Set the oven to 180C (350F)
Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Mixture and Gently Fold in Some Cheese
In a large mixing bowl add sour cream, cottage cheese, and eggs, then whisk till smooth. Prepare to fold in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir in salt, pepper, all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic and onion powder and mix everything well to ensure there are no lumps.
Put the mixture into the lifting dish and make sure it is even.

Bake: Put the dish in the oven which has already been preheated and baked for half an hour to thirty five minutes until the center is set with a golden brown crust on top.

If you desire a fluffier texture, split the egg and gradually beat the whites with the yolks till stiff peaks form, then fold them into the mixture.
