Instructions:
Prep for Baking: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are thoroughly moistened. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a firm crust.
Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until they’re well combined and incorporated.
