Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup
Cooked and crumbled bacon 6 slices
Chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped pecans (optional, for coating) 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Form Cheese Balls: Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Coat Cheese Balls: Combine the remaining crumbled bacon and pecans in a small bowl. Roll each cheese ball in the mixture to coat.

Chill: Refrigerate the cheese balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve: Serve chilled.
