3-Ingredient Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
Servings: 8

Ingredients
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (approximately 8 pounds)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Directions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and position the oven rack in the lower third of the oven.
Set the ham in a roasting pan, cut-side down.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and Dijon mustard until they form a smooth paste.
Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C).
Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Variations & Tips
For a little extra zest, you can add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the brown sugar glaze. It’s a subtle change that brings a bit of tanginess to the sweet and savory mix. If you have picky eaters, consider serving the ham with a side of mac and cheese or dinner rolls. For those who enjoy a hint of smokiness, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the glaze mix.
