Ingredients:
Pecans:

Pecan halves 2 cups
Butter, melted 3 tablespoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Caramel:

Water ¼ cup
Dark brown sugar 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk 1 cup
Corn syrup ⅔ cup
Butter 7 tablespoons
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Chocolate:

Ingredient Quantity
Semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1 ¾ cups
Instructions:
Roast pecans: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Toss pecans with melted butter and salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 13-15 minutes. Let cool.
Make caramel: Combine water, brown sugar, condensed milk, corn syrup, butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling until the mixture reaches 245°F (118°C). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.

Assemble Browns: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange cooled pecans in groups of 3-4, spaced apart. Dollop caramel on top of each group. Let cool.
Add chocolate: Spoon melted chocolate over cooled caramel. Let chocolate set.
Store: Store Georgia Browns in an airtight container in a cool place.
