Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Lean Ground Beef (at least 80% lean) 1 lb
Onion (chopped) 1 large (about 1 cup)
Salt ½ teaspoon
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup (4 oz)
Original Bisquick™️ Mix ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 2
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling (10 minutes):

Preheat the Oven: Turn on your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the Beef and Onion: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
Drain the Fat: Drain any excess fat from the skillet using a colander or paper towels.
Season and Spread: Stir in the salt, then spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Add Cheese (1 minute):

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the ground beef mixture in the pie plate.

Make the Bisquick™️ Mixture (2 minutes):

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick™️ mix, milk, and eggs until you have a well-combined batter.
Pour and Bake (25-30 minutes):

Pour the Bisquick™️ batter evenly over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve (10 minutes):

Let the Pizza Burger Pie cool for about 5 minutes before slicing it into wedges.
