This Cracked Crab Cheese Bread is a delicious and easy appetizer or snack. The combination of creamy cheese, savory crab, and melty cheese makes for a truly irresistible treat.

 

Cracked Crab Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Cream Cheese, softened 1 (8oz) package
Crab Meat (canned) 1 (8oz) can
Colby Jack Cheese, shredded 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 cup
Old Bay Seasoning 2 tablespoons
French Bread 1 loaf (sliced in half lengthwise, then the middle of each half removed)
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and shredded Mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.

Add Crab: Gently fold the crab meat into the cheese mixture.

Prepare Bread: Place the halved and hollowed French bread onto the prepared baking sheet.

Fill and Top: Fill the bread cavities with the crab cheese mixture, then sprinkle with additional cheese on top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is lightly toasted.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
