Nana used to make this on the regular, and now we do! So refreshing and tasty! We make a huge batch and drink it over several weeks!

As the weather warms up and we start gearing up for outdoor get-togethers, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing beverage to set the mood. My Pineapple Lemonade Punch is a favorite around here for its zesty punch and tropical flair that brings a little bit of sunshine to any gathering. I stumbled upon this recipe a few summers ago when looking for something unique yet easy to prepare for a backyard barbecue, and let me tell you, it was a hit!
This Pineapple Lemonade Punch is perfect to serve at any summertime party or casual gathering. It pairs wonderfully with light snacks like chips and guacamole or fresh fruit salads. For something more substantial, try it alongside grilled chicken or fish tacos to really complement the tropical flavors of the punch.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
1 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions
1. In a large pitcher, dissolve the sugar in the fresh lemon juice by stirring vigorously.
2. Add the pineapple juice to the lemon-sugar mixture and stir to combine.
3. Just before serving, pour the ginger ale into the pitcher.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and stir gently to mix everything together.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing and beautiful presentation.Variations & Tips
For those who like a bit of a twist, add a splash of coconut water for a more tropical taste, or include a splash of rum for an adults-only version. If you’re not a fan of ginger ale, sparkling water works as a great substitute. Also, feel free to try different types of sugar like coconut sugar, which can add a deeper, caramel-like sweetness to the punch.
