One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta!!!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream (or milk)
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Cook the beef – In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic and butter – Stir in the butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add liquids & pasta – Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, then add the pasta. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
Simmer – Reduce heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender (about 12-15 minutes).
Finish with cheese – Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Serve & enjoy – Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot!
Note: For extra flavor, try adding mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes. You can also swap the ground beef for ground turkey or sausage. If the sauce thickens too much, stir in a little extra broth or cream before serving. Enjoy!
