Savory Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Impress your family and guests with these deliciously elegant Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms. They’re irresistibly flavorful yet easy enough for anyone to prepare.

Ingredients (24 servings):

24 large brown mushrooms
¾ lb fresh crabmeat
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
3 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Lightly grease an 8 x 13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine crabmeat with fresh lemon juice, panko bread crumbs, melted butter, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Gently mix until fully combined.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture. Arrange them evenly in the prepared baking pan.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the tops of the stuffed mushrooms.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms become tender and the tops are golden.

Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
