Beef broth 3 cups

Instructions
Step 1 – Prep & Cook Meat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook ground meat with minced onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 2 – Build the Base
Add Manwich sauce, beef broth, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
Stir in pasta and cook until tender.
Step 3 – Add Cheese & Corn
Reduce heat to low. Stir in corn and Velveeta cubes until melted and creamy.
Step 4 – Bake
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly on top.
Cover and bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Step 5 – Serve
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, and save leftovers for an easy lunch the next day!
