1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Stiprs of bacon
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
