Wowzers! I had no idea you can do this in a slow cooker! Delish!

Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
1. Begin by removing any tough outer leaves from the cabbage and give it a good rinse under cold water.
2. With a sharp knife, carefully cut out the core of the cabbage, creating a small cavity.
3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
4. Rub the garlic Parmesan mixture all over the outside of the cabbage, making sure to get some into the cavity as well.
5. Place the cabbage into your slow cooker and pour the vegetable or chicken broth around it.
6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the cabbage is tender.

7. Once cooked, carefully transfer the cabbage to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Slice into wedges to serve.
