If your model runs cool, set to 275°F (135°C). Preheat 2–3 minutes.
2. Load the Basket

Place eggs in a single layer, not touching.
Leave space for air to circulate evenly.
3. Set the Timer by Preference

Soft-boiled (runny center): 9–10 minutes
Medium-boiled (jammy yolk): 11–12 minutes
Hard-boiled (fully set): 13–15 minutes
No flipping or checking needed—the air fryer does the work.
4. Shock in an Ice Bath

Immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water.
Chill at least 5 minutes to stop cooking, lock in color, and loosen shells.
5. Peel & Enjoy

Tap gently to crack, roll to loosen, peel under cool running water.
Season simply with flaky salt and pepper—or get creative with spices and dips.
