Tater Tot Casserole Breakfast

Introduction
Tater Tot Casserole Breakfast is a favored morning meal that adds the crispiness of tater tots to savory breakfast tastes. It’s perfect for those lazy weekends or weekdays when one doesn’t have much time in the kitchen and it’s guaranteed that no one would be complaining after this.

 

Ingredients:
1 pack of frozen tater tots

6 eggs

Half cup of milk

One cup grated cheddar cheese

Six slices of back bacon, fried and crumbled.

Half an onion, finely chopped

Half a pepper (capsicum), finely chopped

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.

Pour tater tots on bottom of buttered dish.

In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Blend in fried bacon, onion cubes and diced bell peppers.

Pour egg mixture over potato pieces in baking pan.

Sprinkle the cheese on top evenly before putting it in the oven.

Bake until eggs are set and cheese is melted/bubbling – about 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot as Tator Tot Caserole Breakfast!
