To be honest, I really didn’t know what to make of this recipe when I first came across it. While the name “Cheese Dreams” definitely caught my eye, exactly what they were was a little unclear. 1 loaf sturdy white sandwich bread (not soft & spongy)
2 ½ cups sharp white cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 cup butter, room temperature
¼ cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried ground mustard
