Inspired by the savory flavors of everything bagel seasoning, this recipe brings the taste without all the carbs, wrapped up in a convenient pinwheel form using low carb tortillas. It’s a hit for people watching their carb intake but still looking for that satisfying, creamy and crunchy bite.
These pinwheels pair beautifully with a side of fresh veggies like cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, or celery sticks for dipping. If you’re in the mood for something a bit heartier, consider a bowl of warm soup or a light salad.

4 large low carb tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
Butter spray for greasing

1. Start by laying out your low carb tortillas on a clean, flat surface.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and well combined.
3. Spread the cream cheese and butter mixture evenly over each tortilla, going right up to the edges.
4. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning generously over the cream cheese layer.
5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to ensure the filling stays inside.
6. Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with butter spray and heat over medium heat.
7. Place the rolled tortillas in the skillet and lightly brown them on all sides, turning gently, which should take about 2-3 minutes per side.
8. Remove from skillet and let them cool for a few minutes. Then, with a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.

9. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
